Finnish hard electronic music pioneer Carbon Based is celebrating its 30th anniversary and bringing its long career to a close with one final tour! 🔥
The Helsinki stop takes place at Ääniwalli on Friday, October 2, 2026, with freeform scene pioneer Alek Száhala joining as support with not one, but two different live sets.
Founded in Lahti in 1996, Carbon Based has played a key role in the history of Finnish hard dance and freeform music. The group and its FINRG record label have left a lasting mark on the international electronic music scene, building a worldwide fanbase from Japan to Australia.
The farewell tour will feature a retrospective journey through the band’s entire catalogue, including rarer tracks and plenty of surprises along the way. At the same time, we’ll be celebrating a 30-year story that culminates in this final tour.
